privacy policy
last updated: august 5, 2026
this policy explains what information rallyup ("we", "us", "rallyup") collects when you visit rallyup.team, how we use it, and the choices you have. we've tried to keep it plain and honest.
who we are
rallyup builds LinkedIn audiences for B2B founders and executives. if you have any questions about this policy or your data, email us at francisco@rallyup.team.
information we collect
information you give us
when you fill out our intake form or subscribe to our newsletter, we collect the details you provide — for example your name, email address, company, and anything you write in a message.
information collected automatically
when you browse the site, certain information is collected automatically through cookies, local storage, and analytics tools, including:
- your IP address and approximate location;
- browser and device type;
- pages you view, links you click, and how long you stay;
- the site or source that referred you.
visitor identification (Swan)
we use Swan (getswan.com), a B2B visitor-identification service, to help us understand which companies are interested in rallyup. with your consent, Swan analyzes signals from your visit (such as your IP address and device information) and may match them to company — and in some cases individual — information from its own data sources. this helps us follow up with businesses that may be a good fit. Swan only loads after you accept cookies on our banner. you can read more at getswan.com.
cookies & local storage
we use a small amount of browser storage to:
- remember your cookie-consent choice;
- keep a randomly generated visitor ID so analytics aren't double-counted;
- power the analytics and visitor-identification described above (only after you accept).
when you first visit, we show a consent banner. we do not load Swan or other non-essential analytics until you click accept. if you click decline, those tools stay off for your browser.
how we use information
- to respond to intake and contact requests;
- to send our newsletter (if you subscribed);
- to understand site traffic and improve rallyup;
- to identify and reach out to companies that may be a fit for our services;
- to keep the site secure and working properly.
third parties we share with
we don't sell your personal information. we share it only with service providers that help us run rallyup, including:
- Swan — visitor identification and analytics;
- beehiiv — our newsletter platform;
- AWS (Amplify) — website hosting;
- service providers that process our intake form.
these providers have their own privacy policies governing how they handle data.
your choices & rights
depending on where you live — for example California (CCPA/CPRA) and other US states, Israel (Protection of Privacy Law), or the EU/UK (GDPR) — you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, to object to certain processing, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information. to make any such request, email francisco@rallyup.team and we'll honor it.
you can also:
- change your cookie choice at any time by clearing your browser's site data for rallyup.team, which will bring back the consent banner;
- unsubscribe from our newsletter using the link in any email.
data retention
we keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law, and then delete or anonymize it.
changes to this policy
we may update this policy from time to time. when we do, we'll change the "last updated" date above.
