the challenge

pandadoc's leaders had plenty to say but no time to say it. posting on linkedin was inconsistent, nobody was sure what actually worked, and anything that went out had to stay on-brand and brand-safe.

as one leader put it bluntly: "this is not my strength, you really need to hold my hand through social." the appetite was there; the time and the system were not.
